Welcome to Woodinville Montessori School! WMS offers an authentic and accredited Montessori education for students in programs from Toddler through High School. Create an Online Application
To be considered for admission to WMS for the 2024-2025 school year, the online admissions application must be completed and submitted along with a non-refundable fee of $100, or $50 if submitted on or before November 30, 2023. Be sure to check our website here for any supplemental documents needed in addition to the admissions application.
To begin the Online Application process, select Create an Account from the menu above. Then log into your account and provide the information necessary to Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account in order to complete your application. The parent questionnaire section is an important component in determining admissions decisions. Therefore, we ask that you please provide thorough and thoughtful responses to this section of the online application.
Please NOTE, after you create your account and start an application, you will be asked about grade level. For our younger applicants, the following grade designations apply:
- Toddler applicants are 18 months - 3 years old by September 1, 2024
- PS (preschool) applicants are 3 - 4 years old by September 1, 2024
- K (kindergarten) applicants must be 5 years old by September 1, 2024
- 01 (1st grade) applicants must be 6 years old by September 1, 2024
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your status by logging into your account and referring to the checklist. There you will be able to print the completed application and monitor when the school receives supplemental forms (such as teacher evaluations and progress reports) requested inside the application, if any. (Toddler grade level applications do not require supplemental forms.)
